Bryan Vernetti is a lifelong resident of Benton County.
Bryan focuses his practice on civil litigation, property and construction law, employment law, and family law. His practice also includes education law with a particular focus on the Arkansas Teacher Fair Dismissal Act.
Bryan has represented the Bella Vista Architectural Control Committee, multiple property owners associations, contractors, and developers. He has extensive experience with legal issues common in the development and construction industries.
Since 2009 Bryan has served as the specially appointed city attorney for the City of Bella Vista, Arkansas. As such he advises the City on municipal issues, drafts and enforces city ordinances, helps establish and revise city policy and procedure, and ensures that the city is compliant with both state and federal law. He also serves as the city prosecutor for Bella Vista, Little Flock, and Sulphur Springs.
He graduated from Bentonville High School and served on the Bentonville School Board from 2008-2012. He currently resides in Bentonville with his wife, Samantha, and their two young children.
